Agent University offers hours of training courses for agents of all levels. From viewing apartments and learning the market to submitting board packages, getting listings and pitching developers. An all-encompassing training, graduates will have the tools needed to become a top-producing agent in their market.
Classes are broken down into palatable bite-size videos averaging 10-15 minutes. All classes include a PDF, so students can follow along and take notes.
This go-at-your-own-pace course allows agents at any level to jump in and jump out as their schedule allows.
Note: This is NOTHING like the State Licensing Course. This is real-world knowledge accumulated over decades of real-world practice from Top Agents in the NYC real estate market.

Agent University Premium provides full access to the Agent University course. In additional, Premium users will receive 3 one-hour one-on-one consultations designed as mini business workshops. Each hour long meeting will involve a total breakdown of current business practices to better understand exactly how you you work. From there we're optimize each and every aspect f your business. From the phrasing and tonality of your emails and phone calls, to your daily and weekly schedule, we will look to create an optimized version of everything you're doing. Each subsequent consultation, number 2 and 3 will be a review and practice session, as well as additional breakdowns of your business as needed. Reverse engineering and optimization is the end goal. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, set goals and build an actionable plan to to achieve the precise best version of you as an agent.
