Casting is still taking place, so expect a minimum of 30 days (1 month) before the program begins. If there is sufficient interest we will film an additional week and create multiple episodes for our pilot season.

We are aiming to move quickly, because we know you are motivated to get started in your career with the right knowledge and direction. Once you apply, please monitor your email closely. We'd hate for you to miss our message and miss out on the program.

All classes and filming will take place in Midtown Manhattan. Contestants will spend a portion of the day in a "Classroom-Like" setting and a portion of some days out in the field. In the field = outside on the mean streets of NY learning hands on, in person lessons with top local and successful real estate agent coaches.

You tell us! We are interviewing coaches and would love to have you, providing you have the appropriate experience. #1 we require that you earn $500k GCI on an annually rolling basis. We need to make sure you have the experience and do the volume of business needed to embody the persona of a coach. Coaches will meet one-on-one with Justin DiGiulio to make certain that they are a good fit and bring the right attitude and experience to the table.

The biggest windfall you will take home will be the knowledge and experience. However, we want to make sure you leave with a strong chance to succeed. On the fourth day of the competition you will will receive an email asking you to select your top three coaches, 1-3, of whose team you would like to join. The coaches will also be making choices among the contestants. You will be matched with any coaches who choose you and have the opportunity to join their team and work with them.

This is a Five Full Day program. Days will start at 9AM and end around 6. We pack a lot of learning, a lot of content and a lot of experience into these days. There's no doubt that you need to clear your schedule for that week. Unfortunately we are not able to accomodate contestants that cannot be present for this time frame. We need you to be present for this to work.

Think of this week as a serious investment into yourself.

After completing this program, even if you are NOT a TOP winner, you will have an edge on your competition. We can guarantee that a coach from our program offers you to join their team. If you do not get an offer, we will guarantee TWO interviews at top NYC brokerages.

After completing this week-long intensive program you will have the skills required to be a successful agent. We know it and want to stand behind our product. Therefor, we can guarantee you will be offered a role as an agent on either our team or to work under one of the coaches.

Intrinsic to how guarantees work, we recognize the very low possibility that you may not be offered a role. Should that happen, we can guarantee you two interviews at competing brokerages.

Our goal is to make this an attainable program that anyone can join. That being said, it does cost us a lot to run the program, and film, edit and produce the week. We offer a ZERO COST upfront option and an option to pay upfront. The zero cost option requires agents to sign a contract agreeing to pay 10% of their first 5 deals closed. The paid-upfront option requires a one-time fee of $1,000 due before the program begins.

For agents choosing the paid-upfront option, we will need to obtain that at the time of contract signing.

For agents choosing the Zero Cost upfront option, we recognize that there is a chance you may close 5 deals quickly, but we carry the risk of you taking a long time to close 5. This is the opportunity cost for us in making this program accessible to all.

Education. This is an incubator program. It's designed to accelerate your career.

Promotional. This week will be filmed and be a great oportunity for you to gather content to use in personal marketing. Additionally, having completed a program like this makes you WAY more marketable than any other new agents.

We offer Agent University, an online version of the Agent Incubator. This program has even more training material at your fingertips and is accessible from the comfort of your own home.

Yes. This program is offered in the NYC metro area. The days are long and start somewhat early. (by real estate agent standards) We advise that you live within a 60-minute commute from Midtown Manhattan. If you are interested and live a little further outside that radius, please speak with our onboarding team.

Yes, this is designed for agents who are newer. From newly licensed to 2 years is the ideal timeframe in your career. If you're beyond the 2 year mark, speak with our onboarding team. We want to make sure you get the maximum value from this program.

You do NOT need to be licensed already. However, you MUST have completed the state licensing course AND be eligible for hire.

There is no requirement that you choose us as your brokerage. We are training you as agents and are a resource to you. If you are offered a position to join our brokerage, then it is your choice, but not required.
